Contract Management
Nilex Contract Management has been developed through an extensive dialogue with our customers. This has led that its design has been optimized, because we always had our customers' needs in mind when we developed the Contract Management module. With it, all contracts are collected in one place with the ability to control access, monitor due dates and get automatic renew and reminders.
Monitoring and notifying
Nilex contract management helps you to track all your contracts with third-party vendors, record the contract details and receive alerts on contract expiry. Apart from this, you can set notification to alert when a contract is about to expire, renew contracts and maintain any related documents as attachments to the contract. It can also be an important tool to ensure that companies relate to various industry standards and that they do not violate any law.
Customizing
Within the contract management module, you can easily and flexibly define your specific contract types, with a set of properties that describe them. The flexibility of the tree structure types can define a clear contract hierarchy and the possibility of crossing from one to the other.
Tracking history
If you want to monitor the status of the contract changes or to follow changes in some fields, you can do it within contract history. While using this option, you will have a complete process of contract changing in one place. The system will automatically record all the changes so you do not have to take extra care. You will be able to group a complete history based on: field, user or time.
