My Nilex account is place where are registered all your active services, paid services, services that you can additionally activate and history of all bought services as well. After logging in to your Nilex account, you have also possibility to send request for cancelling services, change software version or to contact support. Your own Self Portal allows you to control and adjust instance or finances for bought product.
Free trial is limited version of NSP which allows you to test main functions of our system without any cost. You can activate it by simply choosing product under Order page, without need to enter your credit card details. Free trial is valid for 30 days and since it is limited version of NSP, some of functions will not be available within trial version.
Free Trial expires after 30 days. After that period, instance will be locked automatically and you will not be able to have access. All the data from instance will be deleted within 7 days from that server. In case that you want to activate production version for already expired trial version, you need to log in to My Nilex account and send request fro activating production version.
Trial version lasts for only 30 days. It gives limited opportunities ( reduced number and functionalities of features). Data on trial instances do not have automatic backup and availability of services is not guaranteed all the time. On the other side, production version is your Cloud instance, that you get on our Cloud space. Production instance is configured in details, it allows mapping with your domain name, with standard procedures for automatic backup, possibillity to upgrade to latest version, posibillity to report problems or incidents in system, technical support etc.
You can activate Production version in three ways. You can log into your NSP Trial version and send request to upgrade on Production version. The other opportunity is to create request for migration on Production version from My Nilex account. And third possibility is to buy directly Production version on our website by clicking on button Buy now under meny Order. Production instance is configured in details, it allows mapping with your domain name, with standard procedures for automatic backup, possibillity to upgrade to latest version, posibillity to report problems or incidents in system, technical support etc.
Yes, you get special hardware resources in Cloud enviroment for your instace, depending on version and number of users. Detailed server specification you can get on request. Standard server configuration is 4x vCPU 16GB RAM 64GB SSD.
You can buy additional user on your instance, concurent or name user, by logging in to My Nilex or by clicking on additional user baner under page Order. Simply choose number and type of users and make order. After that, you will get new license key or the new license key will be updated on your NSP instance.
All your orders can be paid directly with Visa, VisaElectron, Mastercard and Diners Club International payment cards or via PayPal.
You can cancel Nilex services by simply logging in to My Nilex and sending request for cancelling. Pay attention that option for cancelling services is available only if you have used system more than 12 months. Your account will be deleted within one work week after sending a request for cancelling.
On our Cloud server, you get your own space provided only for our instance. Your instance will have automatic backup, general security, antivirus and all the other settings will be regularly updated by our specialized network administrators.
