Electronic to-do list

Raise up your effectivity by creating electronic to-do list. With Nilex scheduling entity, you can handle every possible job schedule configuration: adding ticket daily, weekly, monthly or just generate once. You can easily view all the scheduled tickets as well as the scheduled time for next creating ticket. In addition, you can see history of creating tickets for every scheduled template.
 

Automatic tickets

By filling in all necessary information – choosing type of tickets, which activities shall be done, possibility of adding a document, choosing which date and time the case shall be created or eventually duration of scheduling - the case will automatically be created. 
 

Linking to inventories

If you want to create scheduled maintenance tickets for your assets, Nilex helps with that. If your servers for example need standard changes, your software need updates or virus checking, with this function you can create tickets in specific time for your stuff. By using this functionality, tickets will be linked into every asset so you can view its lifetime cycle in history.
