Digital checklists make everyday life easier
In today's customer service, administrators are expected to perform more tasks and they have a great responsibility to deliver better customer service to their users. In our new release NSP 10.7.7, we have launched a support for this in the form of checklists, a smart feature that helps administrators remember their various tasks that they have in an incoming case. For employees, the checklists become a support that simply and clearly instructs them in what they need to do and when it should be done. Checklists can easily be created for all kinds of activities and it is possible to set which employee, based on authorization, is responsible for filling in the checklist, whether the checklist should be recurring, and when and how often the list should appear. Working on a case requires that many, often repetitive, tasks be performed. This means that you have a long list of things that need to be done. It is easy to forget something, especially if you work with several cases at the same time. Having checklists for each type of case ensures that nothing is forgotten.
